We are selling 1/2 shares on our hogs going to butcher.  The next butcher date is 9/15/2017, and each hog will produce about 140 lbs of pork split 2 ways of about 70 lbs, which will be yours for $123 + $75 butcher fee.  Final cost is approximately $2.85/lb, including: bacon, sausage, pork chops, hams, and roasts.  You can even have some of the shoulder cured into Arkansas bacon!  When the processing is done in about 2 weeks, we will deliver to your home (within 35 miles of Westville, OK) at no charge.    

The $198 price is total. The hog, the processing, and us delivering to your door. Very roughly, this is about how it breaks down for a half:
13 lbs ham
12 Lbs loin
12 lbs bacon
11 lbs shoulder
15 lbs sausage
2 lbs Jowls
2 lbs hocks
2 lbs bones

In each of those categories, you have total freedom to choose how you want it done.
Hams- steaks, roasts....these can be cured or fresh. Or, you can grind it to get more sausage
Loins/Ribs: Do you want chops, baby back ribs, or loin roasts? Do you want the rib meat, or grind it for sausage?
Bacon: Cured or fresh?
Shoulder - Can make steaks roasts, or sliced and made into bacon. (I really love this!) Or grind it for sausage.
The weights are approximate, simply because how much product depends on how you have your hog done.
